If you cancel with more than
5 hours notice, you will receive a game credit or a refund (your choice)
If you cancel with less than
5 hours notice, you will be charged and we will give you a game credit for a future game only if we are able to find a replacement for you
If you cancel with less than
3 hours there is no refund or game credit..
