Note: Do not use the in-app game chat for account or product-related questions. Game chat should only be used for questions about a specific game.
Questions about a specific game
If you need information about a particular match—such as the location, last-minute updates, or other game-day details—contact the game organizer:
Open the Game Details page in the app
Tap Contact to message the organizer directly
Or use the Game Chat to communicate with the organizer and other players in the game roster
Reporting a bug
If you encounter an issue or something isn’t working as expected, please provide as much detail as possible, including screenshots when available.
You can report a bug through:
Tapping the Intercom support icon in the app (bottom-right corner of the Discover page), then selecting Report a bug.
