Reporting Player Incidents

At Plei, your safety and the safety of our community is our top priority.

We take all reports of harassment, unsafe behavior, or violations of our Terms of Use seriously and handle them with urgency and confidentiality.

If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior, harassment, stalking, unsafe play, or any other serious issue during a game, please let us know immediately.


How to Report an Incident

You can contact us in one of the following ways:

  • Email: support@plei.com (preferred for urgent or serious matters)

  • In-App: Tap the Intercom support icon at the bottom right of the app and select Ask a Question to connect with our support team.

What to Include in Your Report

When submitting your report, please include as much detail as possible so we can take action quickly:

  • Date and location of the game

  • Name(s) or profile(s) of the player(s) involved

  • A clear description of what happened

  • Screenshots or any other supporting evidence (if available)

  • Whether you or anyone else feels unsafe or at risk

What Happens After You Report

  1. Review: Our Support and Legal teams review the report promptly.

  2. Action: If the behavior violates our Terms of Use, we may suspend or ban the player immediately.

  3. Follow-Up: We will confirm receipt of your report and notify you once the matter has been reviewed.

  4. Safety Support: If needed, we can assist you with making your games private while the investigation is ongoing.

When Legal Is Involved

If your report involves police matters, legal action, or a request for player data:

  • Do not share any player’s personal information yourself.

  • Direct the requesting party to email our Legal team at legal@plei.com.

  • Legal will work directly with the requesting authority and follow all required processes before any data is released.


Confidentiality

All reports are handled confidentially and shared only with internal teams necessary to resolve the issue. Your identity and any details you provide will not be disclosed outside of the investigation process unless required by law.


If you ever feel unsafe or need immediate assistance, please make your games private in the app while we investigate.
