Payment and cancellation policy

To join a game on Plei, a valid payment method is required. You can add a credit/debit card or use a mobile wallet (Apple Pay or Google Pay).

  • When you sign up for a game, a temporary hold is placed on your payment method.

  • You are only charged if the game is confirmed.

  • If the game is canceled, the hold is automatically released, but it may take time for the change to appear in your bank account depending on your payment provider.

  • If you add or remove a guest, a new hold may appear. Only the final confirmed amount will be charged.


Payment security

All transactions are securely processed by Stripe, a trusted and industry-standard payment provider. Plei does not store your payment details.


Cancellation Policy

  • If the game is canceled: You will not be charged.


If you cancel your spot:

  • Before the game is confirmed: The hold is released. No charge.

  • After the game is confirmed, more than 5 hours before game time: You won’t get charged.

  • Between 3–5 hours before game time: You’ll receive a game credit if your spot is filled.

  • Less than 3 hours before game time: The charge will go through, and no credit is issued.

This policy ensures fairness for all players and helps keep games running smoothly.
